Many women, wanting to look fresher and younger than their age, take great care of their face. At the same time, they forget that the condition of the skin of the neck and décolleté will tell about your age earlier than the face, if you leave the beautiful and attractive details of this woman's body without due attention. Therefore, it is very important to start monitoring it at the same time as your face. If a woman, taking care of her face, does not forget the neck and décolleté, then their withering process is delayed.
Rejuvenate the neck after 40 years
How to keep your neck beautiful in adulthood? If you think it's expensive, then this is not at all.
The usual products and products that are in the kitchen of every housewife are suitable against skin aging. Used properly, we can use it to perform the necessary anti-aging procedures: cleansing, masks or bandages.
Neck rejuvenation - a procedure
The first and important procedure is peeling. It is ideal for rejuvenating the skin of the face and neck. This action will remove dead cells from the top layer of the skin.
You can easily peel at home.
Of course you have salt, soda, oat flour (you can make it yourself by chopping oat rolls in a blender) and kefir.
Take a tablespoon of the ingredients and mix it all together. For dry skin, you can add any unrefined vegetable oil. Using a soft bristle brush, massage your face, neck and décolleté with gentle circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Then wash the mixture and apply a nourishing cream.
Neck rejuvenation at home can be done with chemical peels.
Rub half a lemon on the neck and décolleté until a slight redness appears. Keep lemon juice on the skin for no more than 15 minutes, then rinse and lubricate the polished area with a nourishing fat cream.
Use a blender to make a batter with any berries nearby. It is better to choose berries that contain a lot of acid, because they dissolve well the keratin cells in the upper layer of the skin. Apply gruel to the area to be treated and do your homework. After 20 minutes, wash the berry mass and apply any mask given in the next chapter on the treated skin.
If you have sores on your skin, irritation or allergies to home exfoliation components, then you should not perform the procedure.
After cleansing, when the pores of the skin have opened and it is breathing, you need to "feed" it. This is done using a homemade mask. It doesn’t hurt to lie down and relax with pleasant soft music.
House mask
- Dilute 30 g of fresh yeast (can be replaced with 1 dry sachet) in 60 ml of water, add half a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix everything and leave for 5 minutes. Apply the mask in 4 layers: apply each subsequent layer on the previous coating that has dried.
- Pour 25 g of oatmeal with 120 ml of hot water and let cool until warm. Apply on skin and cover with parchment. Insulate the mask from above with a towel.
- In equal proportions, mix honey with flax flour, pour a little warm water, add olive oil.
- Eggs, 50 g of cottage cheese, 10 ml of aloe juice, 50 g of sour cream.
Apply honey on the neck and décolleté and hold until slightly reddened (up to 10 minutes), then rinse. After such a mask, you will never get tired of admiring the fresh and changed skin.
Wrap your neck
If you want your neck to be smooth, there is nothing wrong with doing this procedure twice a week (preferably daily).
Warm flaxseed (or olive) oil to 40 degrees and apply with a brush to the problem area, cover with a cloth and tidy in a way that suits you. Leave the compressor like this until morning. At night, all the oil will be absorbed into the skin, and nothing needs to be washed off.
5 g of glycerin, the same amount of olive oil and some boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes with butter and glycerin. Put on the neckline and neckline, cover with a napkin and keep for half an hour. Then wash.
Laser neck rejuvenation
The exfoliating method of cleansing the skin takes place in three stages. First, a special agent is applied to the skin, which supplies the skin with nutrients, preparing it for subsequent laser exposure.
In the next stage, the cosmetologist directs the laser beam to the problem areas of the skin.
The length of the beam and its working time depend on the problem and condition of the epidermis and are determined by the doctor. The method of pain relief is determined depending on the type of skin cleansing. If the exfoliation procedure is performed at a shallow or moderate level, then a local anesthetic is used, and at a deep level, general anesthesia is performed.
In the final stage, after all procedures are completed, the skin is covered with a special paste that promotes the recovery of subcutaneous tissue and rapid healing of the skin.
At each stage of the procedure, the patient is under the close supervision of a physician. The operation of the equipment is also under the close supervision of specialists who set the required parameters on the laser device: beam length and exposure time. Therefore, unforeseen events are excluded. The duration of laser exfoliation depends on the patient’s skin condition and individual characteristics.
How laser beams work
The laser beam aimed at the skin area burns its top layer, thus eliminating the blemish. In addition, the rays provoke neighboring cells to regenerate and multiply rapidly.
On the one hand, the laser burns distorted and irregular cells, on the other hand, it restores and makes the neighbors, nearby, work better.
The cell’s response to this laser stimulates the spontaneous production of collagen, which is responsible for skin elasticity.
Another important positive feature of a laser beam is its ability to neutralize microbes. It destroys the pathogenic flora on the skin and immediately disinfects.
